HTC Touch Cruise Out in US
HTC Touch Cruise has arrived in the US, delivering personal navigation features via GPS, the TomTom map and the TouchFLO touch-sensitive interface, with portrait and landscape views.
The handset comes with high speed connectivity via EDGE and HSDPA, quad-band support for GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900, J2ME games plus the possibility to download others that you like.
With HTC Touch Cruise you get all Windows Mobile 6 Professional benefits, an advanced 3.15MP built-in camera with video recorder and autofocus, an external camera for video calling, HTML browsing, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, Instant Messaging, e-mail function, and voice-activated dialing.
It sports a large TFT display of 65K colors with handwriting recognition, and measures 110 x 58 x 15.5 mm at 130 grams weight with the 1350 mAh Li-Ion battery that lasts for up to seven hours in talk time.
The internal memory is of 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, but you have the option to add some extra storage using a microSD card.
Another thing that needs to be mentioned is the processor powering the handset which is a Qualcomm MSM7200 at 400 MHz speeds.
